Cancellation/Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy:

Leviosa has a 3-Day Return Policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The return window will automatically close after this period.

To register a return, please email us within 3 working days at support@leviosajewels.in with your order ID and the reason for the return. An unboxing video is mandatory.

Please note that we DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS under any circumstances. All returns and exchanges are eligible for store credit only. A gift card with unlimited validity will be issued. The cost for reverse shipping, which involves us collecting the item from you, will be INR 60 per order, which will be the customer’s responsibility. The store credit will be issued after deducting the INR 60 from the value of the returned products once we receive them.

Important Notes:

  1. Damaged & Missing Products: We implement a 3-layer checking process to prevent any damages or errors. Returns will only be accepted if the customer receives a product in a damaged condition and reports it within 3 days of delivery. You must provide proof through an unboxing video clearly showing the damage. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in rejection of the return/exchange request.

    If multiple products are purchased, only the damaged item(s) will be accepted for return. Store credit for damaged items will be issued within 7 days after the products are returned to us.

    Please ensure the video clearly shows the damage, including a zoomed-in view of the defective part of the jewelry. A 360-degree unboxing video of the parcel is required. Insufficient evidence or visible tampering with the packaging may result in your claim being denied. In such cases, Leviosa reserves the right to make the final decision.

  2. Dislike: If you dislike a product upon delivery, you can request a reverse pickup within 3 days. Please note that the shipping charge of INR 60 will be deducted. All returns/exchanges are eligible for store credits only.

    You will receive your gift voucher within 7 days after we receive the product, provided it is unused and in good condition. If the return is rejected, the voucher will not be issued.

    After submitting your return request, please be available for the reverse pickup and respond to calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable, the delivery partner may cancel the pickup at their discretion, necessitating a re-initiation of the process, which may extend the timeline.

    Note that while most pin codes support both forward and reverse services, some may only support forward shipping. In such cases, we may ask you to return the product via an alternate courier service.

  3. Order-Level Processing: Returns and exchanges will be processed at the order level and not on a product-by-product basis. We no longer accommodate requests for individual product returns or exchanges.

  4. Gift Box Items: Individual jewelry pieces in a combo or gift box cannot be replaced or returned.

  5. Promotional Items: Products purchased during special promotions, contests, clearance sales, or any specific schemes cannot be returned or replaced.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to operational challenges, we do not accept order cancellations. We kindly request that customers refrain from making impulsive purchases.
