Order Confirmation and Dispatch
Once you place an order with Leviosa, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Confirmed orders are typically dispatched within 3–4 working days. After dispatch, we’ll send you tracking details via email and SMS.

Shipping Policy
At Leviosa, we prioritize your time and satisfaction. To ensure timely and safe delivery, we’ve partnered with trusted logistics provider Delhivery.

Delivery Timeline:

• Metro & Tier 1 cities: 4–7 working days

• Tier 2, Tier 3 & rural areas: 10–12 working days

• In rare cases, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2–3 days depending on the location.
  Tracking details will be shared via email once the order is shipped.

Shipping Fee:

• Free shipping on orders of ₹699 and above within India.

• For orders below ₹699:

  • ₹50 shipping fee for delivery addresses within Delhi.

  • ₹75 shipping fee for delivery addresses outside Delhi.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Changes:
